Michelle Wine Dinner menu highlights include: Kumamoto Oysters with Cucumber Granite, Dungeness Crab Truffles with Lemon Aioli and Harissa Chicken Lollipops, all paired with Eroica Riesling; Seared Scallop on Cauliflower Puree with Lobster Nuggets and Chive Oil paired with Canoe Ridge Chardonnay; Molasses Brined Duck Breast with Apple Wood Bacon Risotto paired with Indian Wells Merlot; Prime Rib Eye Cap with Wild Mushrooms, Baby Spinach with Truffle Essence paired with Cold Creek Cabernet; and Poached Pear Tart with Mascarpone Ice Cream with Ethos Chenin Blanc Ice Wine.
